Five-year AEG Confidence Pacts might be acquired for individual AEG Feeders. Each Confidence Pact involves a range of services including changing light bulbs and oil to exchanging onboard generators within the five-year contract period.

AEG Feeding Service

Each AEG Feeder is capable of sophisticated monitoring and control through distance communication (by way of telemetry, cell phone, or satellite). This capability allows AEG to offer an optional unique Feeding Service Contract associated with each AEG Feeder deployed globally.

Feeding Service Contracts involve AEG IT professionals to manage onboard computer programs to meet feed parameter targets mutually agreed upon with site operators. This unique service removes the burden of computer control from the site operator and gives this task to AEG professionals. Feeding Service quality control is provided through daily emails sent directly from each AEG Feeder to a predetermined list of email addresses, including site managers and operators, summarizing the quantity of feed provided to individual cages.
